Making a Positive Impact
I am a former college athlete and current Health and Physical Education Teacher at Beach Haven Elementary School. I coach football and baseball at my alma-mater, Southern Regional.
Coming home in the summer from college to the LBI community was always a breath of fresh air. Being able to say, "MAYBE I'll go to the beach today" whereas, most of my friends from college had to make beach trips a day or even a weekend event made me realize how lucky I am!
Football can be a taxing sport on your body and I found that off-season training got tougher on my body as the years went on.
My body wasn't recovering how it used to and I couldn't endure the training that it took to be a collegiate athlete.
Until I turned to the BEACH
All of my speed, agility and conditioning training were in the sand from that point forward.
No Inflammation, no unusual pain and the ability to go on with my daily life.
And now I want to give back what the beaches on Long Beach Island have given to me.
My aim is to help you bust down the doors to your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. In doing so, giving you the tools to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Being a teacher, coach and trainer are job titles. Helping people live the best life they can is a passion!

What started as a birthday gift to my husband in the summer of 2022, turned into a weekly couples bootcamp for the past two years. Rob has even become a household name amongst our friends and what we consider an amenity for our summer house visitors! He is super flexible with his schedule, comes all the way to Loveladies for us and then kicks our butts with a beautiful background- the beach. As two runners, my husband and I look forward to our workouts with Rob, as he takes the time to warm us up, hit all the muscle groups and just change up the monotony of our normal workouts. He is also helpful with advice for ailments and adjusting the workout to avoid further injury. I could not recommend Rob more to anyone who wants to spice up their workout routine…but please don’t take our time slot 😉

We met Rob from Beach 2 Beach fitness 3 years ago. I saw a recommendation on a local Facebook group page. That summer he worked out all 3 of my kids on the beach. He geared the workout to the age of the child. The following 2 summers Rob focused on certain workouts for each of them to help train for their high school sport. He worked with my schedule and was always punctual. They look forward to working with Rob every summer.

We met Rob last summer, my husband and I are newly retired and new to living on LBI year round. We wanted to get into shape and not go to a crowded gym during the summer months. We LOVED working out with Rob. He has a great style and ability to train effectively. We loved doing “football” workouts and using the beach/sand to increase the resistance. Also, looking at the ocean early in the morning while getting into shape is therapy in itself! My husband is a golfer and dealt with issues with mobility in his hips, which Rob really helped him!
